Handcrafted for everyday

I first learned how to crochet, knit, and sew in middle school through an after-school program. It was something I enjoyed on and off over the years but I never pursued it consistently until life led me down a path where I was searching for peace, purpose, and control over my life again.

Through reading my Bible, my burdens began to lighten (Philippians 4:6-7 / Matthew 11:28-30). After being baptized and fully surrendering my life to Christ, I felt called to simplify my life and be still. I even had to deleting all of my social media because like many of us in this generation "doom scrolling" had been a big part of my daily routine. So I picked up my knitting needles and crochet hooks again as a way to redirect my energy. What started as a pastime quickly became a second source of true peace and joy.

I loved creating items to give to friends and family, seeing the happiness and appreciation on their faces is fulfilling. Over time, requests began to come in and someone very dear to me would always tell me, "You're wasting your talent." For a long time I was hesitant to sell my creations. I wanted to preserve the joy and peace crafting brought me. But seeing the love and appreciation others had for my work showed me that sharing my creations could bring joy to even more people.

Each piece I create is made with care, love, and purpose. Every item I send includes a Bible verse and that is my way to share the Gospel and remind others of God's love (Matthew 28:19).
